An automated campaign targeted at agents who had recently graduated from the BOLD program. The primary goal was to encourage agents to take the next step and invest in personal coaching.
After running a few rounds of a splashy, more "sales-y" design, we began testing various elements to improve engagement. Through frequent rounds of iteration, we found that users were more likely to respond to simpler, personalized testimonial emails from fellow agents. The addition of free downloads (posters, checklists) further boosted click rates.
