At Express Scripts Pharmacy, I helped build out a email design system to reflect their new brand identity, focusing on a series of transactional email templates.
I worked with the UX team to understand the existing prescription order/refill journey, and ensure that email components were visually consistent with the user's web and app experience. I also created prototypes for testing, and observed user testing sessions to gather feedback.
